In December while shopping for Christmas presents I made the decision to purchase the Too Faced Chocolate Bar and Semi-Sweet palettes. I purchased the Semi-Sweet Chocolate Bar and when I bought it home Mum decided she would give me the money for it and give it to me for Christmas. I decided then to use the money to go and get the Chocolate Bar palette, that way I have both. Until late February, because I received so many different good quality palettes for Christmas I didn't get the chance to try out the Semi-Sweet palette.
This palette was purchased for $70.00 AUD which is the average price for a full sized Too Face palette. The first thing I realised when first trying this palette out was that when dipping in with a brush and applying to the eyes there was little to no fallout at all. The shadows are very creamy and so easy to blend out. The colours compliment each other and blend together seamlessly. They are also very pigmented but not so pigmented that you need to be careful about how much you apply.
I am very glad that I received this palette for Christmas as it has quality shadows in it that will create a heap of different eye looks.
