January Empties!

Hey,

Today I wanted to go through all the items that I finished using during the month of January. This month was a bit month, I finished quite a few items as I was nearing the end of quite a few products.

Daiso 90pcs Cotton Puff
These were a convenient purchase at the time, I was running out of cotton pads for using with my makeup remover and toner and found these (two packets)  in Daiso. It is a good bargain for the price, 180 pads for $2.80. Once Daiso moves to my closest shopping centre I will be repurchasing. 

Schwarzkopt Daily Oil Elixer
I purchased this oil after hearing that it does good things for the hair. I used it mixed with my leave in conditioner after washing my hair each night. I was not overly impressed and will not be repurchasing.

Mamia Fragrance Free Baby Wipes x 2
These are a cult favourite as they are unscented so they do not irritate my skin. I finished a packet early in the month hence finishing two packets in one month. I will be repurchasing and will continue to repurchase in the future.

Protane Heat Protection Spray
I did not love this heat protection spray, it had a horrible smell. I ended up straightening my hair a lot less because this product lasted me a long time and I just hated using it. Probably benefited my hair but since finishing this one I have purchased a couple of others. 

Palmolive Intensive Moisture Conditioner
Purchased this to soften my hair, as it stated it was an intensive moisture conditioner. I was not impressed and will not be repurchasing.  

e.l.f Golden bronzer
I loved this bronzer when I purchased it but have since found others that I love. This is a good purchase for someone with pale skin who is on a budget. Good quality for the price. 

Colgate Advanced White toothpaste x 2
My brother and I chew through toothpaste like it is a lolly, hence why we go through so much. This is cheap but effective toothpaste and will continue to repurchase. 

W7 Lip Twister in Nude
This is my favourite lip liner and the second one I have used up. Luckily I already had a spare but will be hunting around for another couple. 

Arbonne Make up Primer
At first I was a bit iffy about this primer but since swapping back to my old primer I have realised how effective this primer really was for my skin. Not only did it create a barrier between my skin and foundations but it smoothed out my skin so that foundation application was effortless. Will be considering a repurchase. 

Mac Studio Sculpt in NW20 sample
This sample did wonders for my skin and I have since purchased both the Studio sculpt foundation and the Pro-longwear. MAC make fantastic foundations that are light but full coverage.

Tea Tree Shampoo
This is a product I like to use once a week to clean out any product build up in my hair. I have been using it for the last couple of years and find it very effective. I will be repurchasing.

REN eye Gel sample
I was not overly fanatical about this eye gel, I a glad I only sampled it. I will not be purchasing.

Dr Dennis Moisture Cushion samples x 2
This moisturiser was quite nice for my skin, leaving it soft and preventing any extra oilyness but I did not fall in love with it. I will be trying samples of others and will not be purchasing this.

Arbonne Soft Blush Perfecting liquid foundation
I fell in love with the lightness and full cover of this foundation. It seemed to be quite compatible with my skin. However after using it for a couple of months I found it was looking quite cakey on my skin. Have since started using a Estee Lauder and Mac foundation.

Femfresh
After a couple of friend stated they used this feminine hygiene product I figured I would give it a go. I have since found that I feel a lot more cleaner and fresh. I have since repurchased.

Talc Powder
I have used this for years for the creases of my body that sweat and will continue to do so. I have since repurchased.

QV Wash
This body wash is great for sensitive skin. I use this as I react to majority of every other body wash with scent and not only end up with body acne but eczema. I have repurchased this product since finishing this bottle.

False eyelashes 5 pack
These eyelashes were quite long and full when applied. These were great when trying to create a more dramatic eye look. Plus the price was right, 5 sets for $1.

Mario Badescu Facial Spray
I have fallen in love with this product as a toner for my skin after cleansing. Since finishing this bottle I went and purchased the large bottle. I love how my skin is left feeling both toned and fresh.

Simple Replenishing rich moisturiser
I wasn't thrilled with this moisturiser, while it was light and great for a moisturiser prior to make up I found it didn't do a whole lot for my skin. I will not be repurchasing this product and have since started sampling other mositurisers from Mecca.

Freedom Professional make up fixing spray
I enjoyed using this primer and was sad when I finished it. My only criticism was that it was a lot like applying hair spray to the face and while it did pro long the foundation I wore it also caused it to break up on my skin. Will not at this stage be repurchasing.

Beauty Essentials Bright eye cream
I was neither impressed nor upset about the results of this eye cream on my eye area. I feel like it moisturised but did not necessarily brighten my eye area as it claimed. I have since purchased another eye cream to use during the day.

Schwarzkopf Leave in Treatment
This is an item I have been using in my hair after I wash it since I was in my early teens. The day after I used the last of it I went and repurchased. This is my favourite product as it leaves my hair both silky and soft as well as nourished.

Toothbrush
This toothbrush came from my orthodontist's office, something we had to use while we had braces. They are great quality and clean teeth like no others. Will have to head back and purchase some more soon.
