Review - pHisohex Anti-Bacterial Wash

Hey,

Today I wanted to review the pHisophex Anti-Bacterial Wash I purchased from Chemist Warehouse for $8.99.

In the last couple of years I have had a lot of issues with pimples and acne on my lower face, chest and breast area, so anything that works on blemishes and pimples I will give a go.

Packaging states:

  • Assists in the removal of bacteria which can cause skin problems, while maintaining your skin's normal pH balance
  • Aids in the treatment of acne & pimples without drying the skin
  • Helps remove dirt and oil from blocked pores

Directions: Use 3 times daily.
1. Wash hands thoroughly with Phisohex face wash.
2. Wet face. Apply enough Phisohex Face Wash into palm to cover a 20c coin. Gently massage over the face, concentrating on problem areas and avoiding eye areas.
3. Rinse and repeat.
4. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry with a clean towel.

The face wash itself has a cream cleanser type of texture, creamy and smooth with no noticable smell. It is also white in colour and foams slightly when water is added.

After the first week of using it, noticable difference in acne and pimples, they were reduced and the healing process was under way. They were drying out and clearing up instead of becoming more inflamed.

Honestly wish I knew about this face wash before I spent big dollars on the Arbonne cleansers, more noticable difference in skin in just five days of use than two months of using Arbonne products.

The only issue I have with it is it has caused some dry patches on my neck, but nothing a high intensive moisturiser wont fix.

Thanks for reading,

Danny xx
