October Purchases!

Hey,

Today I wanted to go through all of the purchases I made during the month of October. As well as update about purchases from September that arrived during the beginning of the month. This month has definitely been a slow month compared to September.

October 3rd:

On the 10th of September I made my second BeautyBay order. I ordered myself the Kathleen Lights and Make up Geek highlighter palette collaboration as well as a Gerard Cosmetics Liquid Lipstick. These arrived on October 3rd which was probably the longest wait for any of the higher end orders I made during the month of September.

October 6th:

On the 22nd of September I made a Colourpop order, during there free international shipping special. I ordered a few different items including three of my favourite lippie stix in the shade Tootsi. This order arrived on the 6th of October., which is why I couldn't completely include it in last months purchases.

October 13th:

The Body Shop:

Shade Adjusting Drops Lightening $29.95

I have a bad habit of buying foundations that are too dark for my pasty white complexion and I had heard good things about the body shop shade adjusting drops. Therefore I decided on purchasing the lightening drops.

Chemist Warehouse:

Byphasse Makeup remover solution $3.99

Qv Nurturing Night Cream $14.69

I am almost out of my make up remover so figured I would pick up another bottle while it is cheap, plus QV was on sale and I needed a new night cream. I figured since I use the body wash the night cream would be great for my skin.

The Reject Shop:

Simple Baby Moisturising Shampoo $3.00

Everybody raves about baby shampoo for washing cosmetic brushes so I figured I would try one out. I use a simple moisturiser and find it is amazing so I figured the brand can't be half bad.

Kmart:

e.l.f Complexion Brush $8.00

I already own this brush, out of my entire collection this is my favourite. I use it to apply my bronzer over my contour line on my cheeks, it blends and buffs the colour in perfectly. My only issue is when its wet after I wash it so I figured I should have a second brush for these occasions.

Coles:

Rimmel Scandaleyes $12.75
 A close friend who I work with used this mascara one day and her lashes were ridiculous. So since then I have been looking to purchase this mascara but wanted it to be on sale. I finally found it for a couple of dollars off the original price and Mum offered to buy it for me, so who was I to say no.

October 16th

I am a little obsessed lately with shade adjusting drops, because even my favourite foundation isn't quite the right shade. I stumbled across the new range on the Australis website and I managed to get a discount code for 25% off as well as received free shipping as I spent over $50.

October 20th

Chi Chi Sponge

I purchased a couple of items through the Myer Click and Collect and when I went to pick up the items I saw that Chi Chi was on sale and wanted to pick up another sponge.

October 22nd

While at my cousins wedding I decided to make a Jeffree Star order off of BeautyLish I decided on purchasing both the King Tut and the Onyx Ice skin frosts. These will hopefully arrive in November.

October 24th

The Body Shop bath sponge $4.95

While doing some Christmas shopping with my friend, we popped into The Body Shop to buy her mum some soap. Since I have been using some cheap bath sponges from $2 shops that don't last very long, I wanted to buy a decent sponge.

Mario Badescu Facial Spray with Aloe, Herbs and Rosewater $9.00

I stopped in at Mecca at the plaza to purchase one of the Too Faced highlighters and decided to buy myself the Mario Badescu Facial Spray. 

October 27th

I was paid from work and decided what the hell, lets make a $170 order from Tam Beauty. I ordered a total of 21 items, one of which is for my Mum for Christmas. Hopefully the order arrives in November. 

October 28th

During the Ice Cold restock on October 15th I decided to make a Jeffree Star order which included two skin frosts and one of his new lip ammunition lipstick.These highlighters and lipstick arrived on the 28th of October which was quite quick for international shipping.

October 31st

My family and I spent the Monday and Tuesday of the Melbourne Cup weekend in Bright. On our way there we stopped at a chemist in Myrtleford where I knew they sold the Ulta3 brand, so I decided to grab a couple of Ulta3 and Essence brand products.
