Today I wanted to review the two e.l.f Eyelid Primers that I bought off of eBay. In recent months I have finished using both, and definitely have a favourite of the two.
I have two shades which are pictured below, the white tube being the e.l.f Eyelid Primer in Pearl and the skin toned e.l.f Eyelid Primer in Sheer. I paid $5.95 for each primer.
Both formulas are quite shimmery and have medium to sheer coverage. The Pearl is a stark white when applied to the eyelid where as the Sheer is more of a yellow toned flesh colour. For best results the formula needs to be mixed for a smooth application otherwise the formula can be quite chunky.

The Pearl eyelid primer as stated above is a very stark white when applied to the eye and therefore is very brightening to the eye area. Eye shadows are more intense in colour when this colour is applied as a base. Only downside I found was this formula was more chunky than the sheer version.

As states above the sheer eyelid primer is a more natural colour, which blends seamlessly with foundation and skin. The formula is also smoother therefore a less chunky application occurs.
Overall I was quite happy with the Sheer colour and definitely will be repurchasing in future. Both formulas did not irritate my eyes as seemed to lock the eyeshadows to my days for entire days.
