I bought a Fitbit... and before ya'll say 'woah girl how did you afford that?'
I'll but in and tell you I have been putting small amounts of money away each fortnight for the last couple of months to save for it. Plus I only ended up paying $139.
Office works and a couple of other places have the Fitbit Charge HR on sale for $147, and since my friend gets a Target/Myer group discount which includes Office works I got it a little cheaper again.

Heart Rate + Activity Wristband
As you can see from the photo of the box, the heart has quite a few functions. The main functions include
continuous heart rate
activity + workouts
sleep quality
syncs wirelessly
caller id
The main functions that I use and am interested in include,
the time and date
how many steps I've taken
heart rate
sleep quality including how long slept
Below are a couple of screen shots of how the app tracks information, the first images is of sleep the second is of steps.
The only drawback of this is that it is not waterproof like I hear some other brands are, so a swim or a shower wearing it is out of the question. Other than that it is well worth the money, the fact that I can track my steps as well as my sleep all in one is brilliant.
Thanks for reading,
Danny xx
